Ingredients for Crispy Bhindi Popcorn
Bhindi – 15
Flour – 1 cup
Corn flour – 1/2 cup
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango – 1 tsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

How to Make Crispy Okra Popcorn
To make crispy bhindi popcorn full of taste, first wash the bhindi and wipe it with a clean cotton cloth. Now cut the bhindi into 1 inch length. Now put the chopped okra in a deep bottom vessel and add turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder, 2 tbsp corn flour and a little salt and mix it well. Now keep the bhindi to marinate for 15 minutes.
Now put all purpose flour and cornflour in a vessel and mix both of them well. Add a little chili powder, 1 cup of water and salt as per taste to it and prepare its batter. Beat this solution well so that no lumps remain in it.

Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Meanwhile, take the marinated bhindi and dip it in the flour-corn flour solution, after that put the bhindi in bread crumbs and coat it well in all respects. To make more crispy bhindi can be given bread coating twice. After this, put the coated bhindi in hot oil and deep fry it. When the color of the bhindi turns golden and the bhindi becomes crispy, take it out in a plate.
